An Interview Turned Podcast
I had the special opportunity to interview WNBA co-defensive player of the year, and Minnesota Lynx star forward Alanna Smith for a school assembly. I then turned the interview into a special edition of the Talon Sports Podcast. The interview dove deeper into who Smith is as a person outside her sport, and focused on elements of faith, something that is a core part of Minnehaha Academy.
Sports Updates
Inspired by TSN’s daily Sportscentre videos giving sports fans update across the sports world. My friend and I began to make a similar video updating students on their peers in their sporting events. While my friend and I co-hosted, I also put together the scripts which included sports stats, and put together the videos including clips and photos of the different sports.
We also had special end of season episode, where we had interviews with athletes in which we learned more about them and the season they had. We even had the opportunity to interview one of the star soccer players, Donovan Sinicropi, Mr. Soccer 2024.
